Azores, island to island (Books - Turist)

Anchored to the ocean as if they were basaltic ships, the first island of the Azores to be discovered, in 1427, were the ones known today as the Eastern and Central Groups. Later on, Flores and Corvo (Western Group) were discovered.
Pathways, natural parks and reserves, UNESCO Heritage Sites, along with marine tourist activities, such as diving, whale watching or big game fishing, are just some of the exquisite offerings Nature has reserved for the ones who visit the Azores.
